Richard Clarke is one of the Directors of PHABULOuS overseeing the overall strategy and the financial sustainability of the foundation.

From 2016 to 2024, Richard was Finance & Commercial Director of PowerPhotonic Ltd, having previously held senior financial roles in a number of technology companies in photonics, electronics, aerospace, medical devices and instrumentation. A qualified accountant with an MBA, his experience includes commercial contracts, accounting, tax, public and private financing and M&A.
