Dr. Matthias Fahland serves as the Deputy Division Director of Plasma Technology and heads the Department of Roll-to-Roll (R2R) Technologies. His work focuses on developing thin-film deposition processes for ultra-thin glass and integrating it into organic and hybrid electronic devices. He has contributed to projects like PolAR, which aims to create anti-reflective films through plasma-etching processes.
