Sony DADC is a leading high-volume manufacturer of precision products of the utmost quality. We are establishing our partly unique manufacturing technologies and processes in the field of refractive and diffractive micro-optics and photonics. Sony DADC fabricates nano- and micro-structured optical components based on optical grade polymers. Manufacturing methods such as nano-imprint lithography (NIL), high precision injection molding and various coating processes are used.
