Sony DADC is a leading high-volume manufacturer of precision products of the utmost quality. We are establishing our partly unique manufacturing technologies and processes in the field of refractive and diffractive micro-optics and photonics. Sony DADC fabricates nano- and micro-structured optical components based on optical grade polymers. Manufacturing methods such as nano-imprint lithography (NIL), high precision injection molding and various coating processes are used. Apart from customized, scalable mass manufacturing for global customers we also offer electroforming processes (e.g. for the creation of durable metal shims and molding inserts) as well as research and development for next generation applications
