Paweł Wiencław, CEO of Syglass, has extensive experience leading R&D projects from concept to commercialization, he has developed innovative solutions, including control systems for hybrid VTOL aircraft and the optimization of power-to-X networks with hydrogen-based engines. Paweł is also highly engaged in the startup ecosystem and STEM initiatives, combining professional work with doctoral studies in physics at the University of Warsaw.
